Buenos días,
Hoy al realizar el inventario y hacer un estudio de las diferencias, hemos visto que algunas devoluciones de online esta semana no se nos han cargado en el stock.
Nosotras por llevar un control de las etiquetas hacemos un seguimiento exhaustivo de las devoluciones de online. Por lo que podemos afirmar que estas prendas no se han sumado al stock y nos han dado diferencia positiva.
El estado de las etiquetas estaba correcto.
Hemos intentado confirmar mediante movimientos si figuran estos, pero hemos visto que los online al no pasarse por el tpv no tenemos ninguna manera de confirmarlo o de poder llevar un seguimiento que nos sea más dinámico de ver.
Estamos durante el día de hoy haciendo la prueba con una prenda de online que nos devolvieron a las 11:00h y aún no se nos ha sumado al stock.
Os vamos a enviar el listado de prendas que hoy nos han dado esta incidencia, por si vosotros tuvierais la manera de revisarlo y solucionarlo.
