Buen día,Creemos que esto es un problema con la plataforma, porque de hecho, ya no tenemos Click and Collect en la tienda a pesar de que todavía está marcado como "en espera de recolección" en la plataforma. Sin embargo, todos los clientes han recuperado sus paquetes.La señora que vino el sábado a recoger un paquete marcado como "esperando recogida en tienda" desde el 10 de marzo, no parecía preocupada y muy tranquila cuando buscamos y no encontramos su paquete. Dice que recibió un mensaje de texto, pero creemos que tal vez ya haya venido a recoger su paquete porque no nos queda nada en la tienda.¿Puedes comprobar en la plataforma por qué, a pesar de la validación con el código PIN, los pedidos click and recojo quedan "esperando recogida en tienda"?gracias de antemano,Clara, Brownie Velizy
